Create a service job checklist and select and sequence the criteria

For every checklist you can view all defined checklist criteria via the Details option. The checklist criteria are the checkpoints that could be performed during the service job cycle. They contain the values that are to be reported during the closing of a service job.

Create a checklist

  1. Select the Work with checklists menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, click Add.
  3. Assign a name and description to the checklist you are creating. Click OK to update and then Back to return to the initial panel.

Select and sequence the checklist criteria

  1. Highlight the checklist for which you want to select criteria and click Details.
  2. On Work with checklists, Details you sequence the criteria that you want to include in the selected checklist by entering any number in the Seq column for the applicable criterion. This denotes the order in which the criteria should be reported. Click OK to sequence in multiples of 10 and OK again to exit the panel.
