In this program you enter declaration exceptions that should apply for a business partner.

Selection fields
- Code
- This column lists the business partner codes for which declaration exceptions have been defined.
- Description
- This column lists the business partner descriptions.
- Type
- This column indicates the type of exception defined for the business partner.
- Rent
- If the related business partner is an operator of leasing or rent, then this column indicates the rent type that applies for the business partner.
Work with business partner exception (ITFD14204)
Note:
On this panel you enter the declaration exceptions that should apply for a specific business partner.
- Business partner
- Enter the business partner from the Business partner file for whom you are defining an exception.
- Description
- The business partner name is automatically retrieved from the Business partner file.
- Type
- Enter a panel value indicating the type of exception for the business partner. You can specify an exception concerning the following:
- Black list
- San Marino
- Non-residents
- Operators of leasing/rent
If this type is selected, then Rent type must be entered. - Agricultural producers
- Cumulative documents
These are, e.g., the mileage claim forms. In this case, only the sum of all transactions should be entered in the declaration without VAT registration number or tax code. - Excluded from the Spesometro declaration option
- Rent type
- For operators of leasing or rent, enter the rent type that applies for the business partner. The following types exist:

- State code
- The system automatically retrieves the state code for the country retrieved from Work with countries.
Identification as legal person
If individual data is not entered or does not apply, then enter the following data:
- Company name
- Enter the legal company name.
- Address
- Enter the address of the legal company.
- City
- Enter the city where the legal company is located.
Identification as individual
If legal data is not entered or does not apply, then enter the following data:
- Surname/Name
- Enter the surname and name of the individual person.
- Birth date
- Enter the birth date (date/month/year) of the individual person.
- Place of birth
- Enter the place and province/state where the individual person was born.
