Report activities based on time sheets

  1. Select the Report project activities menu item.
  2. You access Activities reporting. Complete the following fields:

    Enter a code from the Signature table indicating the user for which reporting will be made.
    Date
    Enter a date to be used as transaction date in the reporting.

    Click OK.

  4. On this next Activities reporting panel you can report detailed transactions for project activities. Note: Reporting of unplanned activities is not allowed in this function. Complete the following fields:
  5. Start time
    Enter the start time of the transaction.
    End time
    Enter the end time of the transaction.
    Project
    Enter the number of the project for which the reporting is done.
    Phase no
    Enter the number and description of the phase for which the reporting is done.
    Line no
    Enter the project element line number.
    Reported quantity
    Enter the quantity being reported.
    Inv Y/N
    Indicate if the transaction should be invoiced. A reported transaction can only be invoiced if Time/mtrl is set to YES for the activity element line.
    Cost price
    Enter a cost price for the transaction. It can be entered manually or retrieved from the Activity code table.
    N sal pr
    Enter the net sales price. This can be entered manually or retrieved from the Project activity line.
    Descr
    Displays the description from the Project activity line but can be changed.

    Click OK. Tick the box in the Confirm field if the information is correct and click OK to confirm the reporting of the activity transaction.

    Note: If you want to change any information before you approve the transactions, do not tick the box in the Confirm field. The panel returns with the information you have been entering.

  6. You return to the initial Activities reporting panel. Exit the routine.
