You can report both planned and unplanned transactions for item lines, services and activities:
- Material issue can be reported for element lines of type 1 (items and assemblies).
- Performed services can be reported for element lines of type 2 (services).
- Performed activities can be reported for element lines of type 3 (activities).
Reporting from other applications
IBS Manufacturing
Reception of items can be reported to IBS Project Management from the Issue/receive manufacturing order menu item in IBS Manufacturing.
Note: The Crt trans from m-ord field in the Project/Quotation order type table defines if project transactions should be created when a project element line is linked to a manufacturing order. If this field is set to YES, project transactions will be created when reporting is made for the connected manufacturing order. However, no bookkeeping transactions will be created for the created project transactions.
The following differences exist regarding the reporting of inventory transactions between a manufacturing order linked to a project and a normal manufacturing order:
- When reporting the end product (highest level), actual quantity and amount will be updated on the project element. The end product also automatically makes an issue to the project by creating a project transaction and warehouse transaction 775.
- The manual allocation will be removed.
- Calculation of the transaction amount.

IBS Distribution (Stock Replenishment)
Reception of items can be reported to IBS Project Management from the Confirm purchase order reception notes menu item in IBS Distribution (Stock Replenishment).
The reporting of a purchase order linked to a project is performed in the same way as the reporting of normal purchase orders, with the following exceptions:
- The receipt will automatically make an issue to the project. Warehouse and project transactions with type 771 are created.
- Actual costs on the project will be updated.

Enquiries and printouts
- Transactions enquiry to view the transactions that have been reported for a selected phase element.
- Project transactions report. Depending on your printing selections, this report may display the transactions that have not been invoiced or delivered or the open element lines for which it is possible to issue material.
