Report product reception for a manufacturing group order

Reception is only done for group orders connected to manufacturing order headers.

The group order type defines if reporting should be done from the group order type or from the normal reporting panels. If the reception is done from the group order, the manufacturing order status will automatically be updated when approved quantities are entered.

The status of the group order and the manufacturing order is 40 (started) when the reception has started, and 60 (completed) when the entire order quantity has been reported.

Note: Reporting on a group order is only possible if Used from is set to 1 (header) and Report on group is set to YES in the Group order type table. The status of the group order must be lower than 60.

Select the Work with manufacturing group orders menu item.
You access Work with manufacturing group order. Select the group order for which you want to report product reception and click Reception.
You access Manufacturing group order reception. Complete the following fields:

Approved quantity: Enter the quantity to be reported to stock.
Complete: Indicate if this is the last reception. If you set this field to YES the manufacturing orders will be closed.

Click OK.

You access Manufacturing order reception, Group orders listing the manufacturing orders that are included in the group order. You can change the approved quantity before accepting the update, using the Change option. Click Accept to accept the product reception, then exit the routine.
