Copy a sales quotation

Prerequisites
To copy an existing quotation to a new version you need the following information:

  • Existing quotation number
  • Version number
  1. Select the Work with sales quotations menu item.
  2. On the main panel, select the applicable sales quotation and click the Copy option.
  3. You access Sales quotation maintenance. This is the starting panel for copying a quotation. The following fields are mandatory:
    4. Copy quotation
    Enter the number of the quotation you want to copy.
    Version
    Enter the version number you want to copy. Tip: If you are copying the quotation to another quotation leave this field blank. The system will automatically assign a version number.

    Click OK.

  4. You access Work with sales quotation lines with the new quotation displayed.

    5. You can now maintain the new quotation. See Change a sales quotation for instructions.
