You have the option to store the data to be deleted on diskette/tape for future use or reference. Caution: It is up to your company to decide when, or if, you want to delete this data. It is important, however, that you not run this program while someone else is using the system.
- Select the Reorganise purchase statistics file menu item.
- You access Purchase statistics reorganisation. On this panel you have several selections. These include:
- Reception date <
- Mandatory entry. Enter a reception date. This means that only items with this date or less will be deleted.
- Save transactions
- By default, this field is set to YES. If you leave the default, you will save the transactions that are deleted. You must, however, enter the Diskette or tape unit to which you want to save the data.
- Diskette/tape unit
- If Save transactions is set to YES, enter the diskette or tape unit to which the deleted transactions should be saved.
Click OK to update.
