Two panel names are valid for this panel, depending on the list number entered on the initial panel. When you first access this panel the line that you selected on the previous panel is shown in the middle section of the panel. On this panel you can split the quantity for one line and move the items into/from one or several locations, other than the suggested location.
By manually adding the actual quantity, zone and location in the input fields on the bottom of the panel, the information will be updated in the middle section.
Function keys
| Change location | Change location information. |
| Confirm | Confirm the new locations and return to the panel where you selected the line. The actual quantity will be updated for the new line(s). |
- List number
- Displays the replenishment suggestion list number, or the put away from bulk suggestion list number.
- Line
- Displays the replenishment suggestion line number, or the put away from bulk suggestion line number.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse code.
- Item
- Displays the item for the line.
- To location
- If this is a replenishment confirmation, displays the location you have selected to replenish.
- From location
- If this is a put away from bulk confirmation, displays the location you have selected from which to put away the goods.
- Qty
- Displays the suggested quantity for the selected line. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Seq
- This field is used to position within the listing.
- Sugg. qty
- Displays the suggested quantity within the sequence.
- Actual qty
- Mandatory entry if the Pallet input field is not completed. Enter the actual quantity (in this input field on the bottom of the panel) to be moved to/from the zone/location. This quantity will be updated in the middle of the panel where you then have the option to change the quantity by clicking Change location. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Zn/Location
- Mandatory entry if the Pallet input field is not completed. Enter the zone/location (in these input fields on the bottom of the panel) to which/from which the item should be moved. This information will be updated in the middle of the panel where you then have the option to change the zone/location by clicking Change location.
- Pallet
- Enter the pallet number (in this input field on the bottom of the panel) from which the item should be picked.
Note: Only shown for replenishment suggestions. The Pallet field in the subfile is, however, shown in both Put away and Replenishment view.
