Two sub-titles apply for this panel:
- Location balance view displays location balances in location sequence.
- Item balance view displays location balances in item sequence.
Toggle Item view/Location view to switch between the two view modes.
Depending on from where you accessed this panel the system will, in some cases, retrieve the selected item or warehouse and position them at the bottom of the panel.

Selection fields
Note the following about the selection fields on this panel: Depending on from where you accessed this panel the system will, in some cases, retrieve the selected item or warehouse and position them at the bottom of the panel.
- Item
- Displays the item code for the item that occupies the location.
- Batch
- Displays the batch code for the item that occupies the location if it is under batch control.
- Whs
- Displays the warehouse to which the item belongs.
- Zn
- Displays the zone that is occupied by the item.
- Location
- Displays the location that is occupied by the item.
- On hand
- Indicates the total stock on hand for the item or item/batch combination in the location. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Available
- Indicates the available number of items/item batches. (On hand – On hold – Reserved = Available). If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Reserved
- Indicates the total reserved for pick in the location. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - On hold
- Indicates the total stock on hold for the item or item/batch combination in the location. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - On NCC
- Displays the total stock on NCC in the location. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - In transit
- Displays the total stock in transit in the location. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - A
- Indicates if the location is an item assigned pick location.
- Pick pri
- Displays the pick priority for the location.
- Unit
- If available, click the Stock unit and Dsp/entry unit function key to toggle between viewing the stock unit and display/entry unit for the item that occupies the location. See About display/entry unit handling for more information.
- Pal
- Indicates if pallets exist in the location.
- Owner
- This column is only displayed if the STKOWNER (Stock Ownership) functionality is activated in the Function control file. It displays the internal owner or the external owner (if IBS Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) application is activated) of the location balance.
