This panel displays an overview of days that have not been processed in the time calculation for employees in an attest group. Days with possible errors are indicated. On the panel you can select to work with details for a date, start or cancel time calculation, attest or undo attest for a date.
Options
| Details | Select this option to work with the TR journal. |
| Calculation | Select this option to start time calculation. |
| Cancel calculation | Select this option to cancel time calculation. |
| Attest | Select this option to attest the journal for the selected employee and date. |
| Undo attest | Select this option to undo attest of the journal for the selected employee and date. |
| Display day scheme | Select this option to view the day scheme for the selected employee and date. |
| Change day scheme | Select this option to change to another day scheme for the selected employee and date. |
| Clocking zones | Select this option to view the clocking zones for the selected employee and date. |
Function keys
| Toggle Action/All | Toggle between all calendar days and days needing user action. The default mode is Action needed (indicated in the header), i.e., only such calendar days will be displayed that the system cannot automatically attest (and therefore a manual attest has to be performed). |
| Previous week | Change the record selection to previous week, i.e., the week before current start date. |
| Next week | Change the record selection to next week, i.e., the week after current start date. |
| Enq. by reference | view the time reporting journal by using a reference, e.g., project number, and not restricted to an employee number. |
Selection fields
Note the following about the selection fields on this panel:
If the selected operator is GE, then records with employee number greater than or equal to the entered value will be displayed. If the selected operator is EQ, then only records with employee number equal to the entered value will be displayed.
- Date
- Displays the date interval for the selection. The date interval used in an attesting panel is saved and retrieved when entering a new attesting panel.
- Employee
- Date
- Displays a date in the employee calendar which has not been processed in the time calculation.
- Error
- Indicates an error or exception in the time reporting journal or day balances of the calendar date. Errors must be corrected before being able to process the information further. Exceptions are only notifying the attestor of some unexpected clocking transactions in the time reporting journal.
