In this program you generate employee calendars for a specified time interval. Existing entries are re-created if the date is not processed. This enables you to regenerate the calendar if the schemes in a standard week, or a rolling scheme, are changed.
- Employee
- Date interval
- Enter the start and end date for calendar generation. The start date must be less than or equal to the end date.
- Use rolling scheme
- Set to NO if standard weeks should be used to generate the calendar. Set to YES if a rolling scheme should be used to generate the calendar.
When using rolling scheme:
- Rolling scheme
- Enter a value from Work with rolling schemes.
- Start sequence
- Enter the sequence number of the entry in the rolling scheme used for the start date. If no value is entered, the sequence number of the first entry in the scheme structure is retrieved.
