Wage group
Enter the wage group code.

Flexi/Presence
Indicate if flexitime is to be added to or subtracted from presence time. If you enter NO, flexitime will have no influence on presence time.
Flexi/Overtime
This code controls the influence of flexitime on overtime.

Enter one of the following values:

Wage type/Exp. pres.
Enter the wage type that should be used if expected presence is to be transferred to the payroll system. The entered value must exist in Work with wage types.
Wage type/Act pres.
Enter the wage type that should be used if the actual presence is to be transferred to the payroll system. The entered value must exist in Work with wage types.
Wage type 1-3/Show bal
Enter up to three wage types for which the total balance should be shown in the attesting routine.
Period code
Enter a code for the period definition used for the wage group. The entered value must exist in Work with periods.
Balance selection
Enter a code from Work with balance selections. This code refers to a set of predefined selection rules used when employees belonging to the wage group are making balance enquiries.
Database library
Enter the name of the payroll system database library if that library is not in the library list when running IBS Time. If a library name is entered, the library is added to the library list when a transfer to the payroll system is executed. The entered value must be the name of an existing iSeries library.
Otime inside wrk hrs
Indicate if it is allowed to request overtime when the employee is clocking out before end of working hours. This is the case when actual presence has exceeded expected presence, e.g. by using flexitime. Note: This can also be defined on employee level, which will override the value of the wage group.
