This panel displays all the objects for both main and connected customers, that has been assigned to the specific service agreement. You can add, change or delete entries. The Service agreement object file is updated.

The entries on this panel are used to specify conditions for service objects that have been assigned to the agreement.
When assigning a new object, the conditions on this panel are initially copied from the Agreement type table via the agreement type entered on the agreement. The conditions are copied either from the main level or from the object conditions if specified. However, the conditions can be changed for each specific object.
- Customer
- Enter the customer number you want to add to the file.
- Item
- Enter an item from the Service object file.
- Serial number
- Enter a serial number from the Service object file.
- Estimated unit price
- Enter the estimated value that this particular object represents of the agreement price. The price entered here is for informational purpose only.
- Response time type
- Enter a type from the Time definition type table, indicating the promised response time to the customer.
- Completion time type
- Enter the completion time type from the Time definition type table, indicating the promised problem solution time to the customer.
