On this panel you can register or maintain follow-up actions that should be performed for a specific project order. When the action has been performed this is reported on the Actual follow-up maintenance panel. Each action will be written in a history file for the project/quotation that can be viewed through the Planned follow-up code enquiry. You can therefore keep track of the planned actions and see when they have been dealt with.

- Status
- The code indicates the status of the project/quotation.
- Line
- Code
- The planned and actual follow-up codes. Those codes are defined in the Follow-up codes table.
- Description
- The description of the planned and actual action. If this field is left blank the default will be retrieved from the Follow-up codes table.
- Date
- The planned and actual date of the action.
- Handler
- The planned and actual responsible handler.
- Close
- Indicates if the action line is closed. If this field is set to YES, the line is closed and the status is set to 9 (closed).
- Status
- The code indicates the status of the action.
