On this panel you can add or maintain follow-up codes that indicate an action that needs to be taken. These codes can be used for the planning and reporting of project-related activities that should not be invoiced.
You have the option to enter several follow-up actions that should be performed:
- For a project order or quotation and distribute them among different handlers.
- By a specific handler and distribute them among different project orders or quotations.
When the action has been performed this is reported on the Actual follow-up maintenance panel for either the project or quotation, or the handler. Each action will be written in a history file for the project/quotation that can be viewed through the Planned follow-up code enquiry. You can therefore keep track of the planned actions and see when they have been dealt with.
