On this panel you can view the workload for a selected work centre or department section. Planned workload refers to the active version or a selected simulation version.

Toggle between viewing capacity and workload on day or week level. |
Minutes/Decimals |
Toggle between hours and minutes and hours and decimals for the operation times. |
Net/Gross |
Toggle between viewing net capacity and gross capacity. The selected mode is displayed in the top right corner of the panel. |
Switch department cap |
Only allowed for department sections. Toggle between viewing capacity for a department section from included work centres or from the calendar capacity defined in the Work centre file. The selected mode is displayed in the top right corner of the panel. |
Selection fields
- Work centre/Department section
- The code and description that identify the selected work centre or department section.
- Workload type
Click the Switch Run/machine function key to toggle between viewing workload times in run/labour or machine time.
- Simulation version
- The simulation version. This is only displayed if the active version is not selected. Planned workload refers to this version.
- Date / week
- Displays capacity and workload on day or week level. Initially this is set by the value of Workload view in the MFG control file. Click the Switch date/week function key to toggle between date and week.
- Capacity
- The capacity in the Calendar table. The calendar reference is stored in the Work centre table.
- Workload
- The workload refers to open manufacturing orders, except those with order status 00. Note: If a restriction group has been entered in the Restriction group selection field, this field will only display the workload that is related to the restriction group in question.
- Pre workl
- The workload refers to manufacturing orders with order status 00.
- Pln workl
- The workload refers to order proposals for the selected active or simulation version. The proposals are created in the Material requirements planning (MRP) batch job.
- %
- The workload in comparison with capacity as a percentage value. Calculated as follows; workload + preliminary workload + planned workload / capacity.
- Acc diff hours
- The accumulated value of all workload columns sub-contracted with the capacity.
- *
- This asterisk indicates that a restriction group is connected to the selected work centre for a specific date. To see the workload related to the restriction group, enter a restriction group in the Restriction group selection field and click OK.
