The purpose of this program is to release manufacturing order to be ready for production.
Clearance can be made for a specific manufacturing, sales, or project order. Clearance can also be made for orders that are selected through the following optional criteria; Manufacturing order type, Planner, Department section and the planned start date of the order. Orders that can be released are those that have status 00 (preliminary) or 05 (Batch clearance)or both. When releasing the orders they will get status 10 (ready).
Selection
State individual values to include in the selection. Enter the relevant values in the following fields. For parameters controlled by a table or a file, the system will check that the entered values exist. A record is only included if it fulfils all selection criteria.
You can use the following parameters for selection:
- Warehouse
- Manufacturing order
- M-order type
- Sales order
- Project
This field is only displayed if the IBS Project Management functionality is activated in Work with companies. - Planner
- Department section
- To start date
- Order selection
- The code indicates what type of orders should be included in the batch clearance.
Code Description 1 Batch clearance (Manufacturing orders with order status 05 ). 2 Preliminary manufacturing orders (Manufacturing orders with status 00)- 3 Both preliminary manufacturing orders and batch clearance (those with status 00 and 05).
