Note:
This document briefly describes the process of running an enquiry on fixed assets.
Prerequisites
The Italian application (IT) must be installed and activated in Work with application definitions.

| Create fixed assets register | The fixed assets register must be updated before running the enquiry. The last year of the fixed assets register that was printed in definitive mode will be updated. |
| Print fixed assets register | Print the fixed assets register in either definitive mode or in simulation mode. If you print the register in simulation mode, then no update will take place. |
| Fixed assets register enquiry – Selection | In this program you run the asset number enquiry. You can choose to either view or print the information. Enter the applicable parameters. Click OK. |
| Fixed assets register enquiry (view result) | After clicking OK, this program displays the result of the parameters entered in the enquiry selection. In this program you are also able to view depreciation history details for the asset and transaction information for a split asset, if included. |
