This panel displays different jobs that need to be run on a regular basis in IBS Inventory Control.

The lines in this routine are created when you run the Start job schedule batch routine. The purpose of this function is to help you remember to start these jobs when it is time to do so.
Selection fields
- Date
- This column lists the dates when the entries were created.
- Type
- This column lists the job types.

- This column lists the job type descriptions as set up in the IC control file.
- Period
- This column lists the periods for which these jobs should be run.
- Manual
- Indicates if the job is manually entered. If NO, then the job is created through the Job schedule batch routine.
- Executed
- Indicates if the job has been executed.

Inventory calculation
(See description)Depending on the job type you want to run, this function key name alters accordingly. For the selected job type (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) in each entry, click this function key to access the corresponding job execution panel. When the job is submitted for execution, you automatically return to this panel. - Date
- Displays the date when this entry was created, and cannot be changed.
- Type
- Displays the job type (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) and cannot be changed.

- Displays the description that you set up in the IC control file for this job type.
- Present period
- Displays the start and end dates of the forecast period (type 1-4) or the supply plan period (type 5) indicating the period for which you must run these jobs.
- Manual line
- If an entry is manually entered, this record is automatically set to YES. If an entry is created through the Start job schedule batch routine (where lines normally are created), this record is automatically set to NO. This field cannot be changed.
- Executed
- Indicates if you have executed the job in this entry.
