Options
Display | Select this option for record that you wish to view more information for. |
Details | Select this option for the record that you wish to access the details for. This option can be used to view orders that are being held due to restricted sales rules or if they contain order lines that are being held. |
Function keys
Held reasons/Held reasons | Toggle between Held reasons and All reasons records. The Held reasons panel displays held orders and order lines. In the All records panel both held and released records are displayed. |
- Reason
- The reason codes and description. All codes are defined in the Order held reason code table.
- Det
- Indicates if the record has detailed order line information that may be accessed by clicking on the Details option.
- Category
- The text associated to the category code.
- Hold date
- The date the order was held.
- Release date
- The date the order was released.
Held sales order information, Reasons (DMR12304)
This panel provides more information as to why the order was held.
- Reason code
- The code and description indicating why the order was held.
- Release handler
- Identifies the employee responsible for releasing the order.
- Release grace days
- Debtor
- The Business partner that was defined as the Debtor on the sales order.
- Held by
- For manually held orders: Identifies the employee that held the order.
For orders that were automatically held by the system: Indicates the *SYSTEM code.
- Released by
- For manually released orders: Identifies the employee that released the order.
For orders that were automatically released by the system: Indicates the *SYSTEM code.
- Held date/time
- The date and time that the order was held.
- Release date/time
- The date and time that the order was released.
- Status when last checked
- The fields below displays your customer’s status at the time that the order information was last verified (i.e., that the information was last extracted to your screen. To update the information at any press F5). Note: If you are entering a new hold reason then these fields will not contain any values.
- Debtor
- The Business partner that was defined as the Debtor on the sales order.
- A/R – A/P balance
- The customer’s A/R balance (minus the A/P Balance). Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s A/R balance (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Invoiced not transf
- The total invoice amount that was not posted to IBS Financials. Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s balance (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Open orders
- Your customer’s total open order amount. This includes orders scheduled for delivery on or before the Open through date. Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s open order amount. (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Total balance
- Your customer’s total balance. Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s total balance (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Credit limit
- Your customer’s credit limit. This value is defined in the Credit limit field of the Business partner file, A/R Basic data panel.
- Order value at hold
- The total order value (in system currency) at the time that the order was held.
- Order value at rel
- The total order value (in system currency) at the time that the order was released.
- Open through date
- The sum of today’s date, plus Open order days.
- Actual status
- The current status of the held order.
- Debtor
- The Business partner that was defined as the Debtor on the sales order.
- A/R – A/P balance
- Your customer’s current A/R balance, minus their A/P balance. Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s A/R balance (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Invoiced not transf
- Indicates the total invoice amount that has not been posted to IBS Financials. Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s balance that has not been posted (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Open orders
- Your customer’s total open order amount. Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s open order amount (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Total balance
- Your customer’s total balance. Note: If the Debtor of the order is not your Customer then this is the debtor’s total balance (i.e., this means that the Business partner receiving the goods is different than the one that is paying for them).
- Credit limit
- Your customer’s credit limit. This value is defined in the Credit limit field on the Business partner file, A/R Basic data panel.
- Current past due am.
- Your customer’s total overdue invoice amount (in system currency). This value is extracted from credit time axis. To calculate this value, the system verifies your customer’s credit file against A/R to determine whether they have exceeded the overdue days/amount set up in the Credit profile table.
- Oldest past due date
- The date of your customer’s oldest overdue invoice. This value is extracted from credit time axis.
- Open through date
- The sum of today’s date, plus Open order days.
