The purpose of this program is to work with priority analysis proposals for manufacturing orders.
On this panel selected items for the current proposal are displayed in sequence by priority value 1.
Options
Order release | Select this option to release an order. Use this option if you do not want to the display the Manufacturing order creation panel. |
Order maint | Select this option to maintain the manufacturing or purchase order. |
Detail | Select this option to maintain/view detailed information. |
Time axis | Select this option to view the time axis. |
Mtrl/cap clearance | Select this option to view the material and capacity clearance. |
Periodical stat | Select this option to view periodical statistics. |
Release (prompt) | Select this option to release an order. Use this option if you want to display the Manufacturing order creation panel in order to change some information before the order is created. |
Crt pur order | Select this option to create a purchase order directly for an item that is normally produced internally. |

Shortage | View the shortage analysis for the current proposal. |
Batch clearance | Access the Batch clearance selection panel. |
Manufacturing order | Maintain manufacturing orders. |

- The result of production hours calculations for selected items.

- Order quantity
- The proposed order quantity. This is set to EOQ, Economic Order Quantity, when the proposal is created. You can change the quantity on the detail panel.
- Start date
- The proposed start date. This is set to the current date when the proposal is created. You can change the date on the detail panel. The date will be used as start date of the manufacturing order when released. Note: If a start date is stated on the Work with analysis proposal panel this date will override the creation date and be displayed on all records.
- P-val 1
- The calculated priority value 1. The priority value is calculated according to the formula N/D-S. The Numerator, Denominator and Subtraction are user defined, using pre-defined variables, constants and valid operators. If the Denominator is less than or equal to 0, the priority value is set to 999,9.
- P-val 2
- The calculated priority value 2, which includes the order quantity for the current record. The priority value is calculated according to the formula N+Order quantity/D-S. The Numerator, Denominator and Subtraction are user defined, using pre-defined variables, constants and valid operators. If the Denominator is less than or equal to 0 (zero), the priority value is set to 999,9.

- The manufacturing order number for a released order.

- The purchase order number for a released order.
