This routine calculates two supplier service levels for each item/warehouse combination in the selection. These service levels are defined by how often you receive the goods you requested, when you requested them. The two service levels are:

Level Description
Transaction service level This level is calculated by dividing the total number of order lines delivered on the requested date by the total number of lines delivered. It is calculated according to item/warehouse level for the selection.
Quantity service level This level is calculated by dividing the total quantity delivered on the requested date by total quantity delivered. This is also calculated according to item/warehouse level for the selection.

You define “on time” as either confirmed date or requested date.

The information used to evaluate the service levels is taken from the Purchase statistics file.
